  Names beginning with the Greek with a smooth breathing followed by another vowel are usually translated

  with the English J, e.g. Ἰάσων = Jason  but Greek names beginning with the Greek with a rough breathing

  are usually preceded by the English H, e.g.  Ἱλάριων = Hilarion
