Hi I have a question. We read that that God through the saints still performs healings. But why haven't we seen anyone with AIDS been healed?

Why AIDS specifically, have you seen people suffering from other illnesses like cancer miraculously healed? I have seen stage four cancer disappear from one moment to the next after prayers were offered for the person's healing. I don't know of anyone suffering from AIDS but I know there are many thousands who have been afflicted with this terrible illness. Of these many thousands do you know for certain that no one has been healed?
