There is a church around the corner from me here in the City called St Botolph, he is a saint but do we recognise other saints as equal to our saints, I hope I've worded it right

St. Botolph of Iken, Suffolk is recognized as an orthodox saint, because he was a saint of the Church before the Great Schism of 1054 which divided the church into what is now the Orthodox Church and the Roman Catholic Church. He is celebrated on 17th June
